taking stock, vol 2

Making: plans to sew a dress or skirt with some fabric i scored at savers

Cooking: nothing (ugh!) i've been in a real funk lately with cooking

Drinking: lots of water

Reading: just finished Alegiant last week. holy. crap. anyone who has read it want to talk?! i'm still recovering.

Wanting: to find motivation to clean my house, do dishes, and yard work

Looking: forward to August (we have some fun plans!)

Playing: with scouty and vince in the evenings

Wasting: time online

Wishing: i didn't stress so much about things. i'm feeling pretty overwhelmed with some stuff going on and its been rough

Enjoying: having working a/c. it's been so hot out, its nice to get inside my house and instantly cool down

Waiting: is the story of my life. always waiting.

Liking: not having cable tv

Wondering: what my babies will look like (i think i said this last time i did this post).

Loving: home movies. my BIL updated a video  to FB yesterday my Uncle Si made when i was 2. it was so rad! and my niece baby kate looks and acts just like i did in the vid. so nutso!

Hoping: things will start to turn up for us soon

Marveling: at beautiful sunsets. utah sure knows how to give a good show!

Needing: more time! there just isn't enough time in a day for me to get all the things i need to done.

Smelling: summer air

Wearing: comfy clothes. the second i get home i'm in comfy clothes, always.

Following: michelle wolf on twitter + instagram. she's a new to me comedian and i love her (youtube the clip of her on seth meyers late night ... you can thank me later! "no really, shut it down!")

Noticing: the grass isn't going to cut itself (d'oh!)

Knowing: there is a plan for us, and continually learning how to trust in that instead of letting fear + doubt creep in

Thinking: all the time about babies. babies babies babies 24/7

Feeling: anxious + overwhelmed (just being honest here)

Bookmarking: lots of sewing tutorials

Giggling: with vince, always. he sure makes me happy

Feeling: sleepy. we stayed up to watch the season 2 finale of The Killing on Amazona and holy cow! we now know who killed Rosie Larson (the case spans over 2 full seasons), but did not see that one coming on WHO actually did it. we figured out some of those who were invovled pretty early on, but the actual killer we were like whaaaaaat?! it is a pretty good show, but a slow burner since it focusing on one case for the first two seasons. but we like it!

vol. 1 here, inspired by sydney

I finished Allegiant last week and was freaking out at the end. My only consolation was that the weird dual-perspective feature she introduced just in the 3rd book finally made sense at the end (although it drove me crazy the rest of the time!). Overall, I was pretty disappointed in the ending. Matt and I have come up with a few alternative endings that would have been much more cool :)
