like usual, february had lots of pictures of miss scout.

we had dinner with the Kelly family in our ward one night, it was so much fun (and delicious)

the day i wore my jumpsuit to work for the firs time, my whole team matched! we all were in black!

the gas prices have been incredible the last little while, but this time took the cake! i got a $1/off a gallon reward at Smith's and it made my gas $0.83/gal!

warm days in february? yes please.

one evening we noticed scout had a big gash on her leg. we have no idea when or where she got it. we took her to the vet to have it checked so it wouldn't get infected... they had to put her under anesthesia and clean out the wound and stitched her up. she was so drowsy when i brought her home! she just sat by our couch wanting to hop up, but because she was so tired she kept nodding off just standing! :(

we had our new beginnings program this month!

had a girls night the night before camilla's wedding! nail painting happened, obviously! (more of camilla's wedding in a different post to come)

we had a pizza party one week for mutual to say farewell to 2 of our girls who are moving. we love those girls and will surely miss them!

not a great picture, but it makes me laugh. scout really loves to be right by our sides (or on top of us) but she also LOVES laying in the sunshine. she normally snoozes on our bed in the sun, but since she was torn with being away from us - her solution was to lay right by the door so she could see us, but still be in the sunshine!

i had a cough for most of february but by the end of the month, it escalated and i eventually went to the doctor where i learned i have strep AND pneumonia. boo!

we are either really great adults or really terrible adults judging by our shopping cart full of junk food and treats. (we did also have vitamins in our cart too, so we aren't completely terrible!)

GNO!! (or HNO, if you'd like! winky face!) we went to a thai restaurant called Sawadee in downtown SLC. it was such a great night! i sure love these ladies.

they gave us all a free dessert (they said it was because our food took too long... but really, it didn't... oh well!) mara's reaction was the best! it was some sort of rice pudding with mango on top. the mango was good, the rest was interesting. mara clearly loved it (not!). also, we realized that it smelled like someones stinky feet. delicious, no?!

on the last day of the month i went out to lunch and a movie with these cute sisters-in-law of mine!

then, afterword vince and i rode the train up to the U for a basketball game vs arizona. it was a huge game that we needed to win...

but we didn't win. it was so close the entire time too! ugh, rough loss.

all in all, february was one heck of a month. lots of things packed in to the smallest month of the year. we had lots of family time and i loved every minute of it!
