so basically, we took a lot of selfies... listened to a few songs of Ms. Hill and then remembered we don't super love outdoor concerts where people are crazy and drunk and high. so, we peaced out.

it was fun anyway!
lauryn was great but we just didn't know her songs very well. her opening act (i can't even remember his name now) was terrrrrrible. it was rough. also, there was an older couple by us who were sitting in camp chairs reading books... well, once it was time for lauryn to come out, people started to pack in... and these two just stayed there in their seats for a really long time. so it was like there was this little hole in the crowd of people. eventually, they did get up and leave, but we thought it was pretty funny (had to be there maybe?).
