on easter sunday (april 20th) our little Scouty pup turned 1! we can't believe it!
we were looking at pictures of when we would go visit the puppies before we got her and we couldn't believe how tiny she was!
a few things about the birthday girl:
she loves her belly scratched + rubbed. she does this thing where if we were rubbing her tummy but then stop, she uses her paws to grab our arms and pulls it back up to her tummy. i don't know if that makes sense how i described it, but i promise it is so cute and hilarious.
while she is waiting for a meal, she drools like a maniac! we have her sit and wait until we put the bowl down with her food, and it is seriously like rivers are coming out of her mouth.
she still loves to snuggle and be close to us as much and as often as possible. she has never grown out of that, and that makes me super happy!
without fail, at every meal, she will come and poke her little face up at us like she thinks we are going to give her something (we never do, and never will). we think it is hilarious too because a lot of the time she will start just licking the air hoping she will get something/anything!
she loves to be outside, but only if we are out there with her. if we are home, she doesn't like to be outside without us and will only be out there for a few minutes before she is at the door again to be let in.
she loves to play frisbee and go running with us. we love that she is such a little athlete!
there is so much more we love about this girl... i could go on and on but i'll spare you (for now! ha!).

Happy Birthday Scout! I wish I knew when my Maddie-dog's birthday was. We just have to celebrate her adoption day instead.
I can't believe how little Scout was!!
I am excited to finally meet miss Scout next month!
Holy wow she is beautiful. Please tell me she doesn't shed so I can get one that looks just like her?
